We understand that venison is a valuable resource, and that food safety and traceability are fundamental for ensuring its ethical management and harvesting.  We have a veterinarian with experience in production and veterinary treatment of large animals, animal handling including proper postmortem inspections. Through collaboration with APHA we have an in-depth knowledge of diseases that can affect deer in each area.
